The house is fully furnished. The kitchen provides everything you would need for day to day living.
I provide everything that is communally used: paper towels, toilet paper, dish sponges and dish soap as well as laundry detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.
Utilities are paid. Internet is also provided.
There is off street parking and a small garage.
The house is on the edge of Westboro, close to Washburn University, the VA and the hospitals. Collins Park is only blocks away. The house is located in a very quite, convenient neighborhood.
Rent is paid weekly with a week-to-week lease. I do not require a long-term lease.
Weekly rent is $250.00, which covers all the amenities above.
A refundable security/cleaning deposit of $250.00.

This is an option that is cheaper than a motel and more comfortable than a car or your friends couch.
