Vintage Fuller Brikarier MFG. New Hall IA. Brick and Cement Block Carrier Tool. I sandblasted metal and painted. The wood handle had many defects and I filled and varnished. It probably should be painted red with the rest of the tool but I just like as is. Probably dates back to the 1900s. Still can be used as is today. PRICE IS FIRM
