When as a couch or sofa it measures 84Wx34Hx34D... that's 7 ft of wall space or it makes a great room divider, room for 3 people sitting, great for laying and watching tv and for taking a nap.
When as a bed the whole thing measures 84Wx34Hx80L... for comparison, that 80L is the same as a standard queen bed. Pullout is easy... works well.
This is also a good option for children's bedroom as the bed can fold away during the day to make more play area.
Condition is very good... no stains, no tears or worn spots, mattress is like new.
