Older 36 foot 3 horse slant with potential weekender space. A/C unit up top. One board needs replaced. Tack area in first stall with saddle rack and bridle space. Newish tires (2024) with good tread. Lights work, hauls well, only issues we have has is the one board that needs replaced. Only reason for selling is because it’s longer than I would like to haul for local things.
(Realistically this would be a 2 horse with a large tack area BUT I haul 3 in it routinely)
Could easily be turned into an open stock by taking the wall out to haul other stock.
