20lbs (Noticeably Overweight), Black Tan Tiger Domestic Shorthair, Shy but friendly. Long black stripe going down center of back from neck to tail. Please be cautious around his lower back near tail, very sensitive. Will eat food, but doesn’t like human food. Any information will be helpful! Very worried for him as the temperature is getting colder. I appreciate all help. Thank you all!
