Please read entire description. Model number THS 2437 A. I recently purchased in very poor condition. (HAD LISTED AS IS) and then went through it. Mice and muddobbers had gotten in it. Cleaned everything. Coated or replaced defective wiring (AS SHOWN IN LAST PICTURE) While reassembling I pulled the back on the variable speed (AS SHOWN IN 2ND TO LAST PICTURE). Everything works like it should except the variable speed. It only runs at full RPM's. Variable speed switch will have to be replaced and I do not know where to purchase one. (ALSO MISSING IS THE COLECT FOR THE ROUTER ON TOP OF THE MACHINE). According to my research these have become very collectable. Selling as is. Price is firm
